Resolutory condition

If any of these conditions are violated after approval, the contract shall be automatically terminated, and the Academy reserves the right to stop training without refunding any amounts paid, and also reserves the right to resort to the courts to claim compensation for any

damages.

These terms and conditions constitute a binding contract between the two parties.

Your agreement to it legally obligates you before any competent authority when

needed.

The academy is not responsible for the second party's failure to review the terms and conditions or to pay attention to the announced deadlines.

Ignorance of the facts will not be considered grounds for

compensation.

In the event of an attack on the academy's administration or any of its members

Whether verbal or physical, the academy reserves the right to suspend training without refunding any amounts paid, and also reserves the right to resort to the courts to claim compensation for any

damages.

The academy is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal or valuable belongings within the training premises.

It will not bear any compensatory liability in this

regard.

To protect everyone's privacy

Parents are strictly prohibited from taking any kind of photos inside the academy without the explicit consent of the

trainers.

To maintain the quality of training and its outcomes

Be Active Academy apologizes for not being committed to photographing trainees. Any photos that can be taken will be shared via social media. The academy is not obligated to send photos or videos privately to each

trainee.

If the academy approves your request to receive the course fee after starting the course

In the event of non-payment, Be Active Academy reserves the right to pursue legal action for the full course fee and appropriate compensation for any lost profits or losses incurred due to such

actions.

To ensure the training process runs smoothly and effectively

Parents are strictly prohibited from being present in the training room, and any violation of this rule will result in the automatic cessation of training.
Parents are not permitted inside the training

room.

The trainee's absence from the session

No compensation or return of the share is entitled to be claimed except with the written consent of the

administration.

Responsibility for external circumstances

The academy is not responsible for any external influence on the lesson unless it is caused by the

academy.

The trainee was late for the class.

Lost time will only be compensated with written approval from

management.

Compensation for cancelled or delayed classes from the academy

Compensation for the trainee for any session that is postponed or cancelled by the

academy.

Fixed prices for courses and offers

The price of the courses is fixed, and early registration offers do not include other

offers.

Fee Refund Policy

Fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:
Cancellation within 48 hours of payment and two weeks prior to the course start date: Full refund.
Cancellation after payment and one week prior to the course start date: Half refund.
Cancellation within one week prior to the course start date: No

refund.

Registration and payment confirmation

Registration is confirmed only after payment is completed. Reservations will be canceled 24 hours after non-payment or once the maximum number of participants is

reached.

Commitment to training sessions

The second party is bound by the agreed-upon and announced quotas, which may not be modified except with the written consent of
